Spend your day on clients, not paperwork.

Diet plans, client assessments, follow-ups, and billing in one workspace — built on a Bangladeshi food library, so a consultation ends when your client walks out the door.

  • Bangladeshi foods and portions
  • Works without internet
  • Prints on your letterhead

I used to rewrite the same diet plan three times a day. Now I build it once and it prints exactly the way I want it.

See how it works
Line drawing on a white panel: a printed AmarDiet diet plan on its letterhead in the centre — nutritional recommendations above a timed meal chart of breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, evening snacks and dinner — flanked by four cards for the rest of the consultation: an assessment, a weight-history line trending down, the next visit date, and an invoice marked paid

Sound like your week?

  • A hand filling in a printed weekly meal plan by hand, the days of the week down the left edge and every meal slot still blank

Diet plans rewritten by hand, client after client

  • A hand marking a date in a paper month planner, a phone lying face down across the empty week above it

Follow-ups that quietly slip past their date

  • A thick stack of loose paper bills and receipts piled on a desk

Unpaid invoices chased on paper, or not at all

  • A tall stack of overstuffed paper record files, the top one printed with blank Name, Address and Subject lines

Client history scattered across notebooks and drawers

Everything a consultation needs, in one place

Client assessment

Capture history, allergies, measurements, and goals — or send a shareable intake link your client fills in before the first visit, so you start the session already knowing them.

SPEEDS UPThe first visit
  • HISTORY
  • ALLERGIES
  • BMI & MEASUREMENTS
  • INTAKE LINK
  • GOALS

Diet plans

Build meal-by-meal diet plans from a Bangladeshi food and portion library, in Bangla, with your own foods added on top — and your client can open the same plan on their phone between visits.

BUILT FORNutrition practice
  • MEALS
  • PORTIONS
  • BANGLA FOOD LIBRARY
  • WEIGHT HISTORY
  • BMR & TDEE

Invoicing and revenue

Raise an invoice as your client stands up, then read the month's takings, discounts, and unpaid bills on one screen instead of counting a receipt book.

SETTLES INOne screen
  • INVOICES
  • PAYMENTS
  • UNPAID
  • DISCOUNTS
  • MONTHLY REVENUE

Follow-ups

Every visit sets its own return date, and the follow-up list tells you who is due before the day starts. Your client sees the same date in their own app, so the ones who quietly drop off get a nudge instead of a shrug.

SHOWS YOUWho is due today
  • RETURN DATES
  • DUE TODAY
  • OVERDUE
  • WHATSAPP
  • CLIENT APP

The whole consultation in one place

Assessment, diet plan, follow-up, and billing live in one workspace, drawing on your own food and advice library, so nothing about a client scatters across tools.

The records are yours

Your food library, templates, and client records belong to you. Nothing you build is deleted behind your back.

What you compose is what prints

Preview and paper agree. Your letterhead, margins, and section order carry through to the page your client walks out with.

The plans carry my own food library, so what I hand a client sounds like me and not like a printed form.

Questionsnutritionists ask us first

A nutritionist's hand pointing to an item on a printed vegetable-portion chart laid on a table, fresh tomatoes beside it and the client's hands resting opposite
Who owns the client data?

You do. Your client records, food libraries, and templates belong to your practice, and nothing you create is deleted behind your back.

What happens when the internet drops?

AmarDiet keeps working. You can open recent clients, build diet plans, and save them; everything syncs once the connection returns.

Will it print on my own letterhead?

Yes. You set up your letterhead once and the printed page matches the preview, including margins and section order.

Can I move across from paper?

Start with new consultations and add older history as clients return. Nothing has to be migrated before you begin.

Can I use my own foods and portions?

AmarDiet already ships with a Bangladeshi food and calorie-exchange library in Bangla, including oil-inclusive calorie accounting, and you build your own foods on top of it. Every diet plan draws from that library — so what you hand a client sounds like you, not a form.

What do my clients get?

Their own login, on their phone. Clients see today's targets, the plan you built, their weight progress, and the date they are due back — all of it built from visits you have already recorded, so it costs you no extra data entry.

Build your next diet plan in AmarDiet.

Create a free account, set up your letterhead, and try it on one consultation. Nothing to install, no card needed, and your client records stay yours.
