Who this is for

AmarDiet is built for qualified nutrition professionals and the staff who work with them. You are telling us you hold the qualifications your practice requires, and that you are entitled to record and act on the client information you enter.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself and keep it secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Your clients' records are yours

You decide what to record, how long to keep it, and who else in your practice may see it. We provide the software and store the records; we do not use your client records for our own purposes, and we do not sell them.

Plans and payment

The free plan covers up to ten diet charts a month and prints with an AmarDiet watermark. Pro removes both limits, and is billed monthly, every six months, or yearly.

Paid plans are prepaid for their period and run to the end of it. Prices can change, and we will tell you before a change affects a period you have already paid for.

Clinical responsibility stays with you

AmarDiet is a tool for recording and printing your own decisions. It does not provide medical or nutritional advice, it does not diagnose, and it is no substitute for your professional judgement. Calculators, calorie figures and food data are aids — check them the way you would check any reference before handing a plan to a client.

Fair use

Do not use AmarDiet to break the law, to store records you have no right to hold, to attack or overload the service, or to resell access to it as your own product.

Availability

We work to keep AmarDiet running and to keep your records safe, and the software is built to keep working when your connection does not. We cannot promise it will never be unavailable, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from an interruption.

Ending it

You can stop using AmarDiet whenever you like and ask us to delete your practice's data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.
